I am so excited to be launching my brand new solo podcast, The Art Of Being Well.

In this episode I’ll be explaining the ethos behind the show, what exactly is functional medicine, and what you can expect from the show. As a leading functional medicine practitioner who has consulted thousands of people around the world on their health journey, I have had the unique position to see so many people alchemize their pain and health problems to their purpose. 

Now, I want the same for you. Wellness is a sacred art and you are the masterpiece.  This podcast is the manifesto for a new breed of health seekers where there is a fresh infusion of grace and lightness into wellness.
