Sips and Snacks — Sip 16 oz. water with lemon upon waking up; 15 minutes later, sip 16 oz. celery juice. After dinner, sip lemon water and hibiscus tea. Snack on up to 3 apples a day.

Breakfast — In blender, blitz 1 fresh banana, 1 frozen banana and 1 cup water; serve with “cereal” made from wild blueberries, diced fruit and optional dried mulberries.

Lunch — Grilled sweet potato with no-sodium salsa and a leafy green salad. For dressing, blend 1 cup orange juice, 1 garlic clove, 1 tsp. raw honey and 4 Tbs. water.
